All services must be prepaid for and must be within a 20-mile radius of the spa location (anything over 20 miles is an additional $25). All pets must be secured, or the service will be cancelled (non-refundable). Deep tissue is an increased price, and the session is totally customizable.

Yes. Lov spa includes mobile service within a 20-mile radius; appointments outside that area incur a travel surcharge based on distance. Final travel fee is calculated at booking and shown on your prepaid invoice to avoid surprises.
Provide a clean, private area approximately six by six feet, a stable surface for the massage table or chair, and access to an electrical outlet. Clear parking and entry instructions help therapists set up quickly for your Door Step Services appointment.
Yes. Our chair massages (10 or 15 minutes) are ideal for events, wellness days, and corporate settings. We bring portable chairs and supplies; bookings for groups should be scheduled in advance with deposit and estimated travel fees included.
Lov spa therapists follow strict sanitation: fresh linens for every client, hand sanitizing, equipment disinfection between appointments, and masks available on request. Therapists stay home when sick, and clients are asked to reschedule if symptomatic prior to their Door Step Services appointment.
Door Step Services require prepayment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund or reschedule option. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payment; exceptions considered for emergencies — contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
